Shipping Policy

Your order will be processed and shipped out from Outlens warehouse within 1-2 working days (PosLaju Melplus) .

In the case where item purchased is Not Available , order will be put on hold and a notice will be sent via Whatsapp / Email. Once replacement has been made, order will be processed within 1 working day. We will advise accordingly if there is any delay in delivery time.

If more than 10 days have passed, and you have yet received the parcel, please contact us through whatsapp to review the status of your order.

We deliver our products to all parts of the Malaysia!

We use reputable courier companies to ensure that your item is delivered 100% safe and secure. We will also send you the tracking details, so that you can keep a eye on your parcel and track the date and time of delivery.

Estimated delivery time is 1 to 7 working days. However, this may vary in some cases like public holidays, long weekends, or out of stock for certain products. But no worries, our friendly customer service consultant will always be in touch with you if there’s any delays or issues about delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation Email containing your tracking number and tracking link will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid and accurate Email Address when placing an order. If an incorrect or incomplete email address is provided, we may be unable to deliver tracking information and order updates.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available after the shipment has been processed by the carrier. Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier and may be subject to delays beyond our control.

If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

We are not responsible for delays in tracking updates caused by the shipping carrier, customs clearance procedures, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
